Ordering & Returns Policy

-        Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

-        Merchandise, in new condition, can be returned within 15 days for a refund. Items special ordered or customized/sized/altered/engraved can not be returned.

 

- We do not impose a minimum order quantity or price, however we do add a $10.00 surcharge to the shipping cost of orders under $50.00, due to the time involved in handling/processing. (see table below)



-        We reserve the right to update or correct any pricing on our website or on any order. We do our best to maintain up-to-date pricing on all merchandise, however if we find that there was incorrect pricing input, for whatever reason, we will notify you with the correction (and an apology). You will always have the option to proceed at the correct price, or we will gladly issue a complete refund (credit to your charged card/account).

Please note:
 - We will generally ship by insured USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days to most destinations in the continental US. We prefer to use Signature Confirmation, which requires that someone receives and signs for all shipments. We try to ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order, however in some instances an order may not be able to be immediately processed. Orders on late Friday, Saturdays or Sundays may not be processed until Monday morning. We apologize for any delays. Please communicate with us at the time of the order to let us know of any time constraints that may be required and we will do our utmost to oblige.

Returns

For your protection, return items within 15 Days in a sturdy box via registered, insured US Mail to:

 - Let us know if you would prefer a credit, refund, or replacement.  
-  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
 - We strongly recommend that you ship by insured mail (which requires a signature).

Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 - We do also prefer a phone call or separate email notification to advise us of the reasons and timing so we can anticipate the returned item(s).

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged merchandise, call us right away. We will have the carrier inspect the package and replace the damaged items. If another jeweler damages our merchandise, it is their responsibility.
